Large Group Payment & Cancellation Policy (11+ Guests)
Due to the seasonal nature of lodging in Silver Gate and the limited availability of accommodations near Yellowstone National Park, all large group reservations (11+ guests) are subject to the following payment and cancellation terms.
Payment Schedule
- At Booking:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. - Day of Check-In:
The remaining balance will be collected the morning of check-in.Â
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of amounts already paid.
Cancellation Terms
- More than 30 days prior to check-in:
50% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded. - 30 to 0 days prior to check-in:
50% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable. - No-Shows / Early Departures:
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused nights, or early departures.
Changes to Reservation
- Changes to dates, length of stay, room count, or guest numbers within 30 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and subject to the same penalties.
- All changes are subject to availability and current rates.
Force Majeure
Silver Gate Lodging is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, wildfires, smoke, road closures, park access restrictions, airline disruptions, or other events beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued in these cases. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for large groups.
